When you use a quote or contact form, we collect the data you enter voluntarily: name, email, phone number and, depending on the service requested, information about your journey (dates, addresses, number of passengers), your wedding (date, venue, number of guests) or your rental request (desired dates, with or without a driver).

When you book online, we also collect the information needed for your booking (service, date and time, addresses, number of passengers, message) and your contact details, which are stored in a secure database. As no payment is made online, no bank card data is collected. Quote and contact requests, on the other hand, are sent by email.

This data is used exclusively to process your quote, contact or booking request, to carry out and manage your booking, and to reply to you. The processing is based on your explicit consent, given when you submit each form, on the performance of the contract when you book, and on the legitimate interest of Luxy Drive in replying to the requests addressed to it.

The data sent through our forms is emailed via the Resend service (Resend Inc.), used as a processor to deliver emails. Bookings are stored in a database hosted by Supabase (Supabase Inc.), also used as a processor. These providers may process data outside the European Union; where applicable, this transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses). No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

The data sent through the forms is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then archived in accordance with the applicable legal obligations, in particular where a service is concluded (accounting and tax retention period). Booking data is kept for [period to be specified] after the date of the service.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.
