1. Purpose
These general terms of sale govern the services offered by Luxy Drive (SASU): chauffeur-driven hire, transfers, wedding services, and self-drive rental of the Mercedes-Benz V-Class.
2. Quotes and booking
Any service may be the subject of a quote drawn up from the information provided by the customer through the website form, by telephone or by email. Some services (hourly hire, Paris ↔ CDG, Orly and Beauvais transfers, wedding package) can also be booked directly online: the requested slot is then blocked as soon as the request is made, and the booking is confirmed by Luxy Drive after [confirmation to be specified]. No payment is requested when booking online. Other services are booked on quote, after [quote validation and payment of a deposit where applicable].
3. Rates and payment
The estimated rate shown during online booking is a “from” rate; the final price depends on the service (ride, wedding, rental), the duration, the distance, additional mileage, night hours (a 20% surcharge between 20:00 and 8:00) and the options requested.
The price of the service is paid on board, by bank card or in cash, on the basis of the final rate. The other accepted payment methods are [to be specified: bank transfer].
4. Cancellation and changes
Any cancellation must be notified in writing (email or WhatsApp). [Free-cancellation period to be specified] before the service. After this period, [cancellation fees may apply — terms to be specified].
5. Self-drive van rental
Self-drive rental is reserved for drivers holding a valid category B licence [for a minimum period to be specified] and aged at least [minimum age to be specified]. A deposit of [amount to be specified] is required at vehicle pick-up and returned after checking the condition of the vehicle and the fuel level. The included mileage and the insurance conditions are set out in the rental agreement given to the customer.
6. Liability
Luxy Drive makes every effort to ensure the punctuality and quality of its services. It cannot be held liable for delays caused by external circumstances (traffic conditions, weather events, force majeure).
7. Governing law and disputes
These general terms of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
